Job Description

  • * Responsible for End To End Recruitment Life Cycle. * Responsible for short listing the required profiles from * Scheduling interviews for candidate with clients according to their requirement. * Coordinating with client/s regarding the Positions, Profile Submissions, Interview schedules and selected Candidates. * Maintaining the database of applicants and unused profiles for further use. * Evaluating the candidates on various parameters like experience, communication, attitude,functional competencies, knowledge about the job etc. * Responsible for Follow up with the candidates till joining. * Responsible for balancing the salary negotiation between client and candidates.
