  • Roles and Responsibility 1. Updating all the Orders on Live Excel spreadsheet. 2. Resolve the discrepancy with supplier related to invoice they have sent (if any). 3. Send all the invoices to customers once order is shipped to them. 4. Taking quote from supplier for particular product 5. Negotiate for better pricing. 6. Create Purchase Order, Bill and Invoice with the help of provided details 7. Send it for approval to authorized person 8. Taking care of Mockups and Samples 9. Taking follow up from suppliers and updating live dos accordingly Skill set required is: 1. Excellent email writing skills. 2. Proficient written & spoken English. 3.
