â€¢ We are looking for Overall 18+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of onsite experience of managing large Client Relationship with business growth across multiple service lines mostly in Retail and CPG Industry .
â€¢ Having experience in large-scale Account Management , handling $ 20 Mn (ACV) client accounts
â€¢ Proven experience of â€œBusiness Growthâ€ delivered through multiple service lines
â€¢ Business growth of client accounts through multiple service lines such as ERP implementations, Custom Development, Infrastructure services, Digital Transformation programs, etc.
â€¢ Ability to drive clientâ€™s â€Digital Transformation Journeyâ€
â€¢ Drive clientâ€™s Digital Transformation vision and objectives by building Digital Teams across service lines.
â€¢ Ability to integrate the multiple service lines as consolidated Digital Transformation levers.
â€¢ Experience in â€œonsite-offshore delivery modelâ€ execution for Digital programs
â€¢ Experience to manage onsite-offshore delivery model effectively by right combination of work distribution in changing execution models of Digital Programs.
