  • • Strategic Planning for business development. • New Client Acquisition. • Lead Generation/Lead Conversion. • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings, attending conferences and industry events • Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients • Face to face business meeting at corporate office with clients. • Open to travel on Pan India basis and out of country as well if required. • Experience/Exposure in Campus Hiring. • Person should be well versed with various social media platforms LinkedIn Facebook,Twitter etc. • Maintain the ROI. • Experience with the whole Recruitment Cycle would be an added advantage. Candidate outside Faridabad should be ready to visit Faridabad twice or thrice when required.
