· Develop and manage the implementation of Plasti Surge Industries Sales Strategy in line with Business plans.
· Promotion & development of business lines in surgical disposable products, Drapes in PAN India.
· Making new distributors for Surgical Drapes, & Surgical Disposable products PAN India.
· To ensure all line manager of designated region, territory are fully briefed, trained and equipped to carry out their roles effectively.
· Develop & expand the distributor network to ensure annual sales targets are achieved.
· Provide high level market /competitive information contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Company Provide formal weekly & monthly reports on regions, territories with accurate account of regional business status and forecast.
· Liaise with broader sales management team to ensure efficiency of regional, territory operations and coherence of PAN India business development operations.
· Travel as required across territory, regions in different states of India build key business partnerships and distributorship.
· Travel expectations are approx. 70% of time. Any other duties as may be reasonably are required from time to time by your line manager.
