Job Description

  • To organize induction coaching of all the staff members of concerned Hub.
  • To undertake joint visits to impart On the Job training and to address non-performance issues.
  • To impart refresher training to the hub staff on current and on-going process changes.
  • To ensure the Model Code of Conduct by the Field Executives and foster team building.
  • To maintain MIS (Records) of training and individuals performance
  • To take care of basic hygiene issues such as uniform, grooming, language, SIM cards, and statutory requirement w.r.t Field Executives salary and benefits.
  • Interacting with the field executives for daily meetings.
  • Going on the field (15-16 days/month for 2-4 hours) with the selectively delivery agents for monthly review and checks
  • Will be stationed at Flipkart last-mile hub
  • This is an on-roll requirement

1 yr to 2 yrs of experience as Operations Executive in Hospitality / Hotels / Restaurants mandatory.

  • Must have worked as a Restaurant Manager, Asst. Restaurant Manager or Shift Manager
