  • Job Description: Required of Min. 2 year exp. In Executive Assistant/Administration. Responsible for Coordinate daily calendar & Make travel arrangements. Plan appointments and events & Respond promptly to managers’ queries. Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients. Create regular reports and update internal databases. Manage phone calls and emails. Must Excellent Communication. Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and Troubleshoot malfunctions. Review and recommend changes to our company policies.
