-Sourcing the accurate profiles through portals, headhunting, database, mapping, and referencing etc.
-IF selected, completion the Joining Formalities of new Joinee with preparation of Offer Letter, Salary Break up, etc.
-Complete the Reignition Formality as well.
-Manage Employee Database.
-Handle Payroll system.
-Performance management and improvement systems
-Company employee communication
-Grievances Handing i.e. ESI, P.F., Salary, Etc.
-Leave and Attendance Management.
